A LITTLE SUSPENSE. A LOT OF LAUGHTER.
Read and edit the prompts before you begin. Everyone gets a say in what goes on the wheel.
Take turns spinning, or use the wheel to decide between Truth and Dare only.
Pass on any prompt. Remove used challenges if your group wants fresh ones each round.
YOUR GROUP SETS THE TONE
This version includes a mix of lighthearted truths and dares, so each spin gives you a prompt immediately. Change the entries to fit your group before the first round. For a traditional game, replace the list with just Truth and Dare, then let the group suggest a prompt after the spin.
Agree that anyone can skip a question or challenge without explaining why. Avoid prompts that involve danger, unwanted contact, private disclosures, or recording someone without permission. The best rounds leave everyone laughing together.
Copy a few ideas into the editor or write your own. Add “Truth:” or “Dare:” to each line so players know what kind of turn they have picked.
Try “Truth: what tiny thing always cheers you up?”, “Truth: what hobby would you like to try?”, or “Truth: what fictional place would you visit?”. These questions invite a story and give the player room to choose how much to share.
Add “Dare: introduce yourself as a robot”, “Dare: mime making a sandwich”, or “Dare: invent a ten-second weather forecast”. A short challenge keeps the round moving and works without props. Everyone can choose another prompt or pass.
Build a wheel around movies, travel, or imaginary superpowers. For a film round, mix questions about favourite characters with silent acting challenges. If you also need to choose the next player, spin a separate name wheel.
The sample list has four truths and four dares, so either type has a 50% chance at the start. If you add more dares than truths, dares become more likely because the wheel chooses entries equally. Removing used prompts also changes that balance as the game progresses.
For an even Truth-or-Dare choice every round, replace all prompts with just two lines: Truth and Dare. Keep both entries, then let the group suggest a question or challenge after the spin. For a different two-answer question, start with the yes or no wheel.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
The starting prompts are lighthearted and non-explicit. You can edit the list to suit your group.
Yes. Share makes a link containing your current prompts. Anyone who receives it can open their own copy.
Choose Remove winner after a prompt you have used. The remaining entries become the next possible results. Keep a copy of your full prompt list if you want to reuse it later; Restore sample brings back this page’s original examples.
Yes. One person can open the wheel and share their screen while the group takes turns. Sharing a wheel link gives each person their own copy; it does not synchronise spins, turns, or results between devices.
